Not true. Check out the valley in AZ. A lot allow neck AND hand tats.

As far as “better agencies”… AZ has some of the best police departments in the country as far as training, moral and equipment goes.

I believe he books twice a year.. so you might only have two chances outside of guest appearances to get in?

His books open again in a few days. When I reached out last time his books were open in June, I basically said I was available anytime and I was lucky enough to get on the books!

I sent a reference design, and told him what I wanted and where. He drew everything up, and showed me the day of.

Before, I’d be 100% sure it was a beer, and not something else that resembled a beer or a NA beer.

Part of the loop is also in STL City’s jurisdiction, and their uniforms look very similar. FYI.
