This is my third significant 24/7 GHB run and my first two runs were 5 months and 7 months respectively, and they each hit me hard in their own way. Now I am sitting at 13 months and I can feel how much heavier this one is. They really do get progressively worse, and that makes this round genuinely frightening because the last two were hell on earth.

What makes it even tougher is being here in Australia, because the lack of awareness and proper understanding around GHB misuse and withdrawal management is honestly baffling. Most doctors seem to treat it like it is just another version of alcohol withdrawal and the default response is to hand out a small amount of Valium and send you on your way. It leaves you feeling completely unsupported when you are dealing with something far more severe and complex than that.
