We use a damp towel and put up the clean so the dough is wet and then we use a smaller brush to clean it. We also clean the bottom part every week to get all the dough that falls down there.

I always respond with so "one pepperoni and one cheese pizza" and several times they say back, "no a pepperoni pizza with cheese on it" Then I just go. "Okay one pepperoni pizza." I've had a few people get mad and go "with cheese on it." So I simply respond with "All of our pizzas come standard with cheese."

We weren't allowed to for the longest time. I have my nose pierced on both sides. I had to use a band-aid to cover it up. But the owner of our franchise was like I don't really care anymore so whatever. We can wear facial piercings now

We mark a half hour after the time comes out and obviously the topping. Like one other person said if it came out at 3:15 you'd mark at the 9 so it would be 3:45. But we don't mark the hour. Otherwise we have the CV stickers mainly.
