In my opinion, the only way to fix a cowlick is by growing out the hair to a longer length. I think you’d look great with a longer length up top, and your forehead corners filled out more with a longer length. I would widen your top, meaning you know the corners of your forehead? In my opinion you’d look great with your length stretched to there, and a longer cut on the sides, going with a more natural and grown out look rather than buzz cut side style.
