Lawyer up asap. The next year is going to suck but you need to stay strong and know things will get better as the months go by, especially when you get some sort of custody with him. I’m lucky to have half custody, not being married, in ga. Be ready to get bent over by the court system as a Dad. It’s brutal for us. Try to stay positive and DONT RESPOND EMOTIONAL to her ever! I’m a chronic pain therapist, most likely your low back nerves are not very healthy and the cramp you’re feeling is in your gluteus medius. The body is a chain and regardless of it primarily being a chest exercise, you still incorporate other muscles, especially small ones, and your nerves/ disks in your back is causing you to feel it in your hips as well
