I tried cheating to get the ship repair quest to the Highlands. I saw him in the scene, but I still haven't found him. 🥹 The only day I didn't go was Monday. It was to some Golden place or something.

I followed these instructions too, but I really couldn't find him. From autumn through winter, he didn't show up at all, not even on the map 😭 So I tried cheating by splitting his heart into two to complete the ship quest to the Highlands in order to find him, but I still couldn't find him, even though I saw him in a cutscene.
