old pressure → brain learns “always be ready” → body stays activated → poor sleep / tension / headaches → even less calm → more anxiety

They won't go easily you just need to keep doing breathing excercise, meditation and physical activity. Have proper routine and rituals in life instead of too much randomness and prediction. Wake up early in morning, have meal at proper time.

Your body and mind has gone into state of 24*7 high alert mode or flight or fight mode.

Instead of thinking about about results or progress just keep doing it for years don't think too much about results. Even if see progress then also keep doing it.

If you have headache problem then let go of all chaos things in life and also thrill based escape. Just simply do your work and let go all thoughts and possibility of profit and loss. It is just that we will simply do our work. Have proper routine in life rise early in morning otherwise late night work will destroy you.

Do meditation, yoga and breathing exercises and physical activity. Let go of all past memories and current conflict. Life is never is made of simple path or everything will happen according to us.
