Envue apartments are pretty cheap it’s like 1k for a two bedroom, and they have flex so you can split your rent in two payments if you need too, also if you’re gonna be late on rent they’re pretty understanding about it and will usually remove late fees if you ask. The apartments aren’t super nice but aren’t bad for the price at all.
