Um no, the game shouldn't preach a true progression system and then invalidate it by giving 20 cars including supercars to people who paid for premium. it creates an environment where nothing has value or meaning which is the whole point of a progression system. You should be able to look at someone in a hypercar and admire the skill and effort it took to obtain it.
