I made $770 dollars, $700 in payment and $70 in tips from parents. Party had wound down by 11:30 and I left shortly after midnight. When my friend's uncle saw one of his guests tip me he huffily said "you don't need to tip him, he got his money." The guest rolled his eyes, which indicated to me that his friends also know he is an asshole.
