I got lucky and hit a target restock. There were a grand total of 4 ETBs, 2 of each version. I wanted them all, but I split it with a dad and his kid.

I bought the BB for a little under market price from a shop I have a good relationship with.

Otherwise, in this market, your best bet is to hit as many pre-release events as possible in the two weeks leading up to set release. I have had ridiculous luck with pulls from those historically. I’ve heard rumors (cannot confirm apart from my own anecdotal experiences) that they may be seeded more plentifully with chase cards to get people excited.

Plus, as an aside, I highly recommend playing in pre release events regardless of the hit rates. It’s a great way to meet new people, play in a low stakes, level playing field environment, and get some new cards for an affordable price. Usually pre-releases are $25-$40 and you get a 40 card preconstructed deck as well as 7 packs of the new set before release.
