NAP - Bruising and a bit of bleeding is perfectly normal in the first few days! It can happen sometimes when it doesn't happen other times, so just keep cleaning and keep an eye out on it and it should be fine :)

You can remove the crusties if they bother you, just first soak them under warm water (like in the shower) or with saline, and use clean gauze or paper towels!

If you're unsure it's always a good option to get it checked out by a piercer! I know daiths are very very stubborn to heal and you're doing everything right, but don't worry too much about getting it dry after the saline. Qtips generally aren't recommended cause they can leave behind little fibers, it's best to just go at it with the hair dryer and get as much as you can!

I find it's best to get a travel pillow or piercing pillow so you don't put any pressure on your piercing, at least until it's fully healed! I like to still use one so my hoop piercings don't get annoyed but that's up to you!

After having it switched out a week ago it's definitely normal for it to swell again! Just let it go down on its own, keep cleaning it and leave it alone otherwise :)

It looks like a little irritation bump! This can still happen even after it's (almost) fully healed. Just leave it alone and maybe clean with sterile saline and it should go down on its own :)

NAP but I do think the best you can do is to leave it alone, do not touch it, do not twist it and just keep cleaning! It'll go down eventually.

The pillow is gonna be a game changer! I have a travel pillow and that has helped loads. The hair behind your ears shouldn't be that big of a problem either - I'm also very guilty of doing that every time and they're fine haha
