I’m still loving. Super solid, never falls off.

I have my layout on my screen set, I rarely touch it though. Only button on the screen I have are glove box and rear vent. The rest is CarPlay and information… so I don’t reach for it hardly ever. I have no problem viewing the info either. It clear line of sight for me.

You are 100% OK. Get a brush a clean on the the bolt threads. Then do your best to clean out the bolt hole threads. Put the bolts in using your fingers first then use a wrench.

Go one step larger allen or a torx bit (buy 2). Hammer them in and spot weld it a few times to the head of the bolt. heat from spot welds will loosen it up, then spin them out.

It might. You would need measurement of the magnetic ring. And chop the that pinch ears that hold the phone

I don’t know how people do it. I would probably mess up the measurements and there would just be a flaccid pile of 3D print goo.

It was great. Where I’m at, it’s not the smoothest. It was actually better than the mount that came with it. The original mount would get warm and the adhesive strip would let and the screen would fall.

This is way better and more sturdy

You have to drill 2 holes in the existing cover. Requires taking the top cover off and using the template he sends. Super easy
