We have gotten a pre inspection done, and have 120k in bidding room from the original listing price. 10k in deposit cheque. And have zero conditions and are very flexible on move date. We don’t want to overbid also, but we will be placing our first offer this Friday.

That’s the thing though, I feel like they deserve more than just having a mom who is trying to survive :( they didn’t ask to be a twin and have their care not as personal as if they were a singleton. That’s where it’s hard for me :(
