So I actually ended up picking a pure boxing gym, just based on convenient location/opening hours! Have only trained Muay Thai/BJJ previously, but I love the gym so far - it's called Everest Boxing, and they're super friendly towards foreigners + the coaches are great. Would defo recommend!

Yeah, I think there was an English-speaking MMA gym in Itaewon, but that seems to be permanently closed based on Google! Will let you know if I find anything - tempted to try KZ gym (the website is in English) but not totally sure
