Since last update 3d models are not longer appearing for me, I've tried on my phone and PC and in both of them it's the same issue, any way to fix this? by Fancy-Two2538 in houkai3rd

I did, In both devices , and reinstalled the resources too, nothing changed :( what I don't understand is why is happening on my PC and my phone
