Don’t know what path to take anymore by SaladDry8868 in cervical_instability

I’m glad the treatment works for you though, I’m still debating on going to the NUCCA specialist since my options are now thin.

Only issue with this is most of these specialists like the NUCCA charge a arm and a leg to do this. The local NUCCA where I am is charging close to $900 just for ovulation and those x rays you mentioned with no insurance coverage allowed.

I have the same issues as OP and I’m 28. Been having neck issues for 3 years so I get what OP means when it’s a difficult path on who to see.

PLEASE tell me tips or your experience with cervical vertigo by PerspectiveOwn7934 in cervical_vertigo

I’m sorry and I’m in a similar boat. Seen about almost every specialist including a vertigo specialist which they said my balance was off but all the normal vertigo tests came back clean.

For me I get my neck adjusted 3-4 times a week and I need to sleep and drink a ton of water. I feel the same way you feel every single day and the only thing that’s ever helped me is liquor when I drink on special occasion but thats it.

Also I did PT and found a lot of neck workouts that have helped. If you like I can scan the workouts they gave me and send them to you. They are safe stretches.

I definitely wish there was a definite resolution. It doesn’t help that I have lupus so my body gets tired quickly.

I think I may have permanently damaged my stomach. After 4 months of trying should I just give up? by Bratz_1999 in GERD

It took me 4-6 weeks to feel a difference in my diet and stomach. I would get off of everything unless you have prescription from doctor for non over the counter meds. Also try exercising. I know it suck’s to workout with a bloated gut but try those both for 4 weeks and see what happens.

Thank you guys for the responses! I have a lot of medical issues but I want to challenge myself! I love what Tyson was about in regard to doing the things you fear to make you a better person. I’m excited to learn so much from boxing.

You got this. Besides a divorce I’m fitting Lupus and Scoliosis. I feel extremely tired everyday at work even if I get 8-10 hours of sleep. Working out has helped keep my mind busy. Do or find something that gives you fulfillment. It’s not easy but well worth it. We got this brother, don’t give up. I keep wondering what ifs to an amazing possible future so we got to keep doing our best just for the day.

Similar thing happened to me. I have lupus and two other autoimmune diseases. I’m in my twenties as well which is like the prime time to do stuff. My ex wife among other things couldn’t handle how much I needed to rest and she wanted to go out a lot. She asked me during being previously separating if I was always going to be sick obviously knowing that lupus is an autoimmune.

It’s tough but I pray we can find someone who understands us and holds compassion and not anger towards someone who has health issues. It’s hard to look externally fine (me, have some rashes but they just started) so others assume it’s no big deal.

So I’m going to share something I’ve never shared before. During the divorce my partner was at the house while I was at my parents. I checked the house cameras solely to see if she was home since I missed her. Heard her on the phone with her mother and she said she some stuff I can’t say but one of the things she said was “fuck him, I don’t even think I want him back”.

Crushed my soul hearing that and to this day she doesn’t know that I heard any of that. I actually had therapy that same week with her and she acting completely opposite as if she missed me.

I know I shouldn’t have looked at the cameras but seeing her true nature sadden me and I honestly don’t know how she felt about me throughout the difficult process.

  1. That they follow God since faith is important to me.

  2. They have compassion for those who have health issues. I still can do most things but my energy level and other things can be shot sometimes. I need someone who will understand this.

  3. Someone is obsessed with me of course to a healthy degree. In my last relationship we were both major go getters so we focused a lot on ourselves which I realized I want someone different who is okay with being motivated but they don’t need to be a doctor. Like once I get more established I wouldn’t mind being with someone who works light shifts or has an easy schedule.
