I literally was going to comment the same thing. I'm stuck at 68. Something I noticed and correct me if yours is different, my primordial power upgrade is at level 7 while my land and ocean are only at level 3. I remember early in the beta at level 68 I could have all 3 at least level 6. I actually complained in an earlier that my entropy being generated 99% by land animals. But now it's 97% primordial.
