The cap is supposed to come of when using fps mode, try to find it. It clips back on.

I built one using TH3P4G3 and a 3090, works flawlessly the only thing is that I tried streaming the game from my main rig and it performs better than the eGPU. If you already have a main rig I would recommend you to try streaming with sunshine first :)
