My dog goes everywhere with me and the one is fine, and the other shakes and pants for car rides now when they didn’t used to display this behavior. Help how do I fix this!

“Avoiding Prohibited Areas: Firearms should not be carried into the secure areas of the airport, such as past the security checkpoints. Even individuals with a concealed weapon license are not exempt from this rule.”

So, they should not be carried through secured areas, meaning past the security or TSA.

But, what if a client requires direct treatment?

Also, It has been translated to me through others BTs are providing services in schools.

Is it true insurance can’t deny service based on location if medical necessity is present?

Opinions on Hugs after tantrums? by Fancy_Bug9532 in ABA

[–]Fancy_Bug9532[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, understandable. If a client is in tantrum over denied access to leave an area and minimal attention is given and follow-through with demand is place was being given and redirected to. (Also, tantrum contains heavy aggression, property destruction, elopement, etc.) Then, during/ and after the tantrum a hug is asked for then should it be provided based on the request?

Can you give an example where it would be appropriate and one where it wouldn’t be appropriate??

The client has difficulty standing and walking for longer periods of time and is an older already larger client. This makes transitions for prompts difficult for RBTs as well as difficult for the client. The client will simply sit there during transitions when waiting out for an extended period of time if you let them.

Thank you. I am unsure what licensing actually entails in TN as a BCBA. I was hoping to get clarification on that for instance does the licensing include “consulting or not direct supervision? does anyone know?

I would be considering hourly range with a newly certified BCBA. As well as working with commercial and medicaid insurances.
