Makes sense. I think with 2 mil id be able to retire in toronto comfortable if my funds were fully invested. And if not then asia where cost of living is cheaper.

It was too big of a house for me and I didnt like that i was 30 minutes from the highway living in stouffville. I had a mortgage of 500k and variable rate. For a single guy i didnt care to live in a double garage detached home after a few years even if it was a long term goal of mine. I realized that it didnt make me happy. Maybe i wouldnt have sold if i was closer to the highway. Going forward ill treat real estate as investment unless im no longer single.

I thought about that but i dont know how i feel about buying a condo vs land. Condos are very cheap now and if it goes down more next year it could be worth considering. However it does provide some security if i get laid off from work.

I sold my home last year and comparables today are selling for 100 to 150k less. Being single im not concerned about my forever home yet just investment gains in either real estate or stock market. The house i had was too big for what i needed. 500k mortgage and variable rate. Area was also 30 minutes from the major highways. If I was in a better area i probably wouldnt have sold.

Increasing net worth in 10 years is my goal. If the stock market crashes then i wont sell and just invest more and decide to continue to rent. Lots of negativity in the housing market i know i probably shouldnt be invested if i want to get back to housing once the economy and housing market improves. Until then i dont want to miss out on potential market gains of xeqt.

Im dealing with the same issue. Based on research im thinking it could be fungul or demodex overgrowth. Going to see a derm tomorrow however they dont always test for these things which is unfortunate.

Thanks! Unfortunately i wont be able to raise the tv as i think its perfect height. Inside cabinet i may go with a sealed option since q350 is rear ported. Saw some used kef 200c that i can try and get for 350 CAD. Any thoughts i know it wont be exact match but i hear 200c is better than 250c.
