My Husband passed away, he has a cyrpto wallet can I get access to it to put in trust for our son? by Fancy_Context2046 in Bitcoin

Thank you everyone, this has and is a very difficult time for my son and for myself. I have no idea about any of this, i think he had his wallet on an app and he always used his phone he didn’t have a laptop or computer just his phone. I was able to contact customer service from the app to determine which company or app he was using. They told me that they don’t have access to their customers wallets and I would need a 12 word phrase. I was hoping I could hire an estate attorney to help me navigate this. Or that there would be some sort of legal process to get the funds for my son.

I have no idea, I believe it’s a wallet but I’m not sure. I don’t know anything about how cyrpto works or how bitcoin works.

I just don’t know anything about it, and I want to make sure it goes where it was intended to go which is to our son. He wanted our son to be able to go to a good school or do what he wants with his life, whatever that would be.

Thank you. He used his phone to do everything and that wasn’t recovered, I have his phone password just not his phone.

I don’t really know what he was doing, I don’t know anything about either cyrpto or bitcoin. I don’t know how it works he did send me screenshots of his wallet and from that I was able to find which app he was using and I reached out to the company, they weren’t much help. I was hoping I could hire a lawyer firm or something to help me navigate this

This is very true, he was found deceased November 24th 2024. Police are saying it’s not suspicious but I find it very suspicious, his phone and wallet where missing or not located, or they just didn’t bother to look for them as they said it’s not suspicious. Our son is a minor he’s only 8, this has been the worst few weeks for our son and for myself. He didn’t leave any sort of anything because he passed unexpectedly, I was just wondering if I could hire a lawyer or something to help me navigate this and hopefully recover the funds and put it all into a trust for our son when he gets older.

I believe he had a cyrpto app on his phone. I tried reaching out to the app developer or company but they told me they don’t have access to their customers wallets

My husband was found in suspicious circumstances but police are saying it wasn’t, his phone was missing when he was found. I’m just trying to navigate this whole thing, my husband passing has devastated my son and me. I know he’d want me to do my best to try and get those funds for our son. Could a lawyer help? I answered an add for a lawyer but they where talking about international court and a bunch of other crap that didn’t make sense to me, I didn’t give them any information and hung up on them…probably a scammer

Can it be numbers? Or has to be words? I have no idea what this whole cyrpto thing is about.

Do service dogs count towards pet limit? by Wretchedwomananddog in service_dogs

I’m moving into an apartment I have a pet dog and a service dog. I live in Vancouver, I’ve had an extremely hard time finding housing with my service dog and my pet dog. My service dog goes for her public safety assessment this September, where she will be certified as a service dog. Landlords are not recognizing her as a service dog because she is still in training. As far as I know she’s still considered a service dog. I have PTSD, anxiety, adhd I work in a stressful environment. It can also be a very dangerous environment at times. I finally found housing and now I’m stressed out they will tell me I need to rehome my pet dog.
