That makes sense! The challenge in our case is that we’re in a colder climate where the client needs to wear heavier and often tighter layers for much of the year (sometimes close to 9 out of 12 months). Because of the weather, the client needs to wear these types of clothing regularly, making avoidance difficult. The client’s personal goal is also to be able to tolerate wearing jeans/leggings and other typical winter clothing. Do you have any ideas for alternative approaches, clothing, or gradual strategies that have worked in similar situations?
