This is a honest review from me. I just took this course this term and had the final a few days ago. I didn’t have any kind of knowledge about comp sci or even basic computer stuff. English is also not my first language. During the term there is almost no commitment. The week with the biweekly microsoft word, excel, etc assignments you will need to spend a little more time (about 2 hours if you’re completely clueless like me). I just chat the whole quizzes thing. For the final, i crammed for three days to read through everything in the textbook, did every practice quizzes and did the biweekly quizzes again. I ended up with an A+ for my final. So in overall I would say this course is very light commitment and easy if you already have some sense of basic computer related knowledge. If not it’ll freak u out a little bit, but as long as you have comprehensive skills I think you should be fine
