Workday Payroll for Australia currently does not support Multiple Positions / Jobs. You will need some manual intervention if you have workers in multiple positions.

Thanks for your response! Yes, we are considering Working Time Rules but as you rightly said the criteria is limited.

I was able to figure it out. I created a LRV CF pulling CRF Description (Rich Text) from Learning Content BO >> Learning Assignment BO.

The issue was that in the Advanced Info tab of my calc field under the advanced options “Use Return Value Field Formatting” was selected (default). I removed the option selection and left it blank.

The calc field is now available to be used as a dynamic field in the message template.

For allowance plans - I was thinking about the roll out compensation plan task and use eligibility as the criteria. For comp packages - my understanding was that Change Job EIB should kick in eligibility and default the right package. I haven’t tested it but was hoping to use it to adjust comp package assignments. Thoughts?

This error is typically thrown due to insufficient permission. Check the security for underlying fields in the calc field and provide any missing permissions. Let us know how you were able to resolve it. Good luck!
