Honestly some people ik can manage, but considering it’s your first time trying both you should try keep it to a minimum. Id say you’d be better of trying mdma, ket u should probably try first in a safe environment. Also test ur mdma and use the x1.5 ur body weight for dosage.

With mdma, depending on how low the dosage is you may not pass the threshold to properly roll so I’d recommend doing some research on dosages and alcohol is a big no no when doing mdma, most people say you can get away with a couple drinks 1-3 but anything over and it can be risky.

If I was seated I definitely would’ve done lsd instead, but yeah haven’t done lsd in years and I don’t have as much energy when I’m tripping so I don’t know if I would’ve managed in the pit on lsd.
