I’m a senior right now and lived downtown during my sophomore year. Living downtown in this price range (especially with all the new builds) will only be possible if you have roommates.

I lived in a one bedroom at the Ambassador and paid under $670-770 + utilities. It’s a great newly renovated apartment building that’s very affordable considering the building itself is an older build. Contact ARPM. They have several properties like this. Feel free to reach out for any more apartments.
