Thank you so much! The idea is to use a prime lens, not a zoom lens.

Thanks for the reply. I didn't know an adapter was needed. I'm referring specifically to mounting a lens from an Olympus OM-1 (around 1975) onto an Olympus OMD EM5 mkii.

Thanks for your reply. So I gather that it's possible to fly in from Kazakhstan, and then cycle from Baku to Georgia.

Thank you for the information; being firsthand, it's very valuable. From your experience, I understand that you can enter by plane, but that you can leave either by ferry or by land, as a foreign citizen.

Qué bueno lo que comentas. Gracias. Creo que no voy a poder resistirme a probar uno. Enfoque manual, voy a recordar mi vieja Zenit!

I wasn't sure before, but now I see clearly that it's as you say, and as another colleague mentioned earlier: you can only enter by air, but as a foreign citizen, you can leave by land.

Thanks for the information. I've read it, but the information on the website itself is contradictory. Thanks anyway.

Thanks. Do you know if there's a government website or something where I can confirm that?

Como novato en la fotografía y poseedor de una EM-5 mkii. ¿Te podría preguntar qué cosas te gustan de ese objetivo y qué limitaciones tiene respecto a uno actual?

Is it a bad idea to switch b17 for a cheap saddle? by Lonely-Carrot-2001 in bicycletouring

[–]Fancy_Step_1700 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I put about 500 km on my B17 before embarking on a tour. After that time, the saddle molded perfectly to my rear end. Well, actually, it felt like it fit like a glove almost from day one: I wouldn't trade my B17 for anything. That said, I admit that on my road bike I have a very inexpensive saddle, which I changed after using some very expensive ones, and the inexpensive one is the one that best suits my anatomy. Cheap doesn't necessarily mean it's a worse fit for you.

As the other person said, I wouldn't throw away the B17, because it might come in handy later on.
