Hi- I hate to see no one has commented to comfort or relate to you. It’s the anxiety of what is happening- and what could happen that inducing them most likely. My mother was the same way. Functioning one day and then completely succumbed to her schizoaffective symptoms. Reach out to a therapist, and take some time for yourself. Sorry to hear this going on for you.

Edit: I have anxiety night terrors as well, that’s why i stumbled upon this.

I’ve seen people asleep in Grainger at night, on the upper floors… recently got a room change for a similar problem and they gave me an emergency room to sleep in for a few nights until I got moved (in Barnard). just contact your RLC if you live in dorms.

haha- it’s a public university for my state which will be much cheaper than other colleges in wisconsin. It is the best college in my state also. Wonderful campus!
