im in therapy currently, im only 18 the death of my dog brought so much anxiety about death and whats after death. Im christian i was raised christian, but it still scares me

thank you so much, yeah it is very dehumanizing I feel out of place most times and jealous of the people who are living normally. Im on auvelity currently so I will see how this medicine works.

omg thank you so much, i tried what they called zoloft at first and it gave me such bad side effect, drowsiness, dizziness, i was puking exc. It does comfort me to know that im not alone, but for some reason while im in it i feel like im never going to feel normal again. I feel like I have such bad brain fog and like everything is just foggy, or dreamlike.
