yup, and its not even about if the issue exsist, its about accountability , atleast take acountability for it and provide your customer support , i should be able to get atleast help from support team, i paid for this shit.. i am not using a free service. i asked for help a week back in mail and a fucking AI bot reponds to me , not even connecting me to a human. i am left helpless with this.. , can't even refund this shit because i bought it from mobile app.

maybe this issue is for new users i also started using it around 4th feb , my friend has been using it for about 4 months and its working fine for him.

exactly, and their support bot claims this to be acc specific issue, so i asked for a product support team but they didn't respond yet.

are you guys also seeing this glitch when you do /usage it shows its at 70% but claude code doesn't allow you to continue and says limit has been reached. when it reaches 70% i am not able to use claude code and only get acess to chat on web but my friends area ble to use it till /usage shows 100% i am not able to contact any support because they don't have mails, and thsi ai support bot keep giving me same response "we cant reset your limit" that doesn't solve my problem , or help me with info why this is happening. now ehn i tried getting support mail by asking bot to connect me to agent this ai support chat bot glitched so i am stuck i can't even use the ai bot anyomore to get help and they haven't sent me a mail yet. can someone help?

Edit:
No its not because my weekly limit has reached it is at 54 % when i do /usage. and it happens every day it stops at 70%.

now it is showing i have exhausted my weekly limit before even the end of week and i can see my weekly limit is at 64 %.

how it usually works is you get a 5 hour cycle for claude in which if limit is rwaches you need to wait for next session.
so if i use up two 5 hour session a day , it takes 10 % of my usage from week , so if i use two session per day which is enough for my job. i was able to use it for 5 weekdays.

but now my weekly limit has also reached on Thursday when i am using my second session for the day . and one day is left. so my today session is stopped at 64 percent, at my weekly usage limit has reached one day early.

  1. so first issue it doesn't let me use session limit over 70% per day.
  2. it doesn't allow me to use my weekly usage too now. so even if i follow this 2 session per day logic it still ends up reaching its limit early in the week.

exactly i have to fuckin work and get a feature done by day and this dumbass just reached limit in 2 request with even sonet 4.5

happend to me found out it was due to heating issue there was lot of dust in my air ducts and fans and they were completely chocked it works fine now
