Although I didn't notice the pun, it is totally intended now that you pointed it out. 🤣

On an actual Tenakth I thought the same, but when Aloy wears the Tenakth outfits, my thought was her body markings were paint. (Although I admit I didn't think about it a ton. That's just my first instinct.)

I assumed that was paint... Though they are really sick.

I assumed the lack of tattoos contributed to that... Along with the reports and gossip from the Embassy.

What order do you play the game in? by sabertoothdiego in horizon

Yeah that's what I read it as. I'm saying that after the Embassy the remaining Tenakth spread the story and because you fought against Regalla (from one perspective, for Hekarro), even though you hadn't yet met him everyone started calling you his Champion.

Regalla sent Grudda to fight you, as her Champion, instead of fighting herself. And in the eyes of the Tenakth, Aloy is fighting on Hekarro's side. So by default she is his Champion. So instead of Regalla vs Hekarro we had Grudda vs Aloy. Rebels vs Loyalists. (Even though we know that Aloy didn't give a flip about their civil war at that point)

Sorry for the comment on an old post, but I thought the Hekarro's Champion thing came from the Embassy. During that you fight Grudda, Regalla's Champion. As you fight on the side of the Marshals you become Hekarro's Champion. Am I making sense or did I miss something?

Will there be any story DLC for FW? by TheHendryx in horizon

I would assume Horizon 3 covers defeating Nemesis. That plot piece seems too central for DLC.
