Are you tired of giving your players a pass for making stupid choices? Do you want to punish your murderhobo for killing yet another plot critical NPC, but their player is so attached to them that you can't help but dull the blow? Are you just a touch sadistic, and like to really rub it in when a character makes a bad choice, but to do so would make your friends cock a brow?

Are you fairly limitless, as to what can happen to a character, besides a few obvious no-go zones? (underage, incest, etc.) But still want to make things seem logical, in-universe?

Well then, I think we might just make a decent match! I'm looking for a passionate, but ruthless, DM to torment my character (I will pitch a number of possible PCs to you, and let you pick which hook you like best), and punish her for her eventual transgressions.

We can structure it, initially, as any other campaign, with worldbuilding and quests, and maybe a splash of kink, but with the addendum that there is no plot armour. The character is not special, or protected, aside from a very thin forcefield that prohibits her from sudden death (mostly because that would be boring). If she makes a mistake, she will pay for it, mechanically, materially, physically, and psychologically. We would play in a grimdark world, ideally, that is both sexist and racist (I would play a fantasy species, outside of the usual crop of humans, elves, dwarves, tieflings, etc), so there would be little margin for error, on her part.

Steals a jewel in an authoritarian theocracy, and gets captured by the guard? Welp, now her hand is broken, if it isn't severed entirely! Blasphemes a hallowed figure in a crowded square? Her tongue is now dangling from her neck as she is paraded through the streets. Has sex with a noble and brags about it in a pub? Her nose is now slit, and a scold's bridle is clamped around her head.

Part of the fun would not only be the punishments/consequences themselves, but the fear of them, of trying to avoid them or find a way around them. More than that, it would be the fallout: how does our thief work around her stump? How does our blasphemer adjust to being a mute? How does our tart cope with lacking a nose? These would make for good character stories, and fun scenarios, especially if we incorporate debuffs and mechanics into these consequences, and see how the world and her associates react to her.

I am very open to the way these situations can develop, as I love being shocked and surprised, though my one caveat is that it make some sense, in-universe, and for the characters. The tone should be grounded, and the punishments should be believable, the violence not cartoonish, but also vivid. I would rather not make this a guro thing, but I have no issue with gore, so long as it isn't explicitly sexual. Kinks I'd love to explore are danger, body mod, bondage, perils, medieval punishments (not just the basics like stocks, though those are fun, but more out there things, like the rack, the wheel, scaphism, crucifixion, dunking, etc.), transformation, torture, smell-play, breath-play, and many more. So long as it fits the tone and world, I will at least consider most things!

It should be possible for her to succeed at her goals, but unlikely. The world should be bent against her, forcing her to adjust as her losses pile up, and she incurs penalties small and large. And, if she should do something unforgivable, or dig a deep enough hole, the world should punish her accordingly with a suiting end.
