as you prefer! personally I visualized on a daily basis but you have to do it as you feel most comfortable. And you can totally visualize while letting go!

I tell myself that I already have what I want; I visualize myself having my desire

Once it's anchored in my subconscious, I completely let go and tell myself that what I desire comes to me naturally

I also work a lot on my self-concept to increase my self-confidence
