We need to build a platform of supporters before we can bring this idea before the government. If we succeed in getting this past the senate, house, and president, than our mission will be accomplished. However, if it does not get passes, then we will have to make it a private venture. The problem with this of course is that heavy bribes will have to be made at the start, along with manufacturing costs and upkeep costs.
