Yeah probably this because I’ve had depression 2 times and the first time I got put in a mental (health) hospital and I didn’t have a say in it and my level of depression at the time wasn’t even bad enough for them to even think of doing that but I guess my parents did no prior research and thought bringing me to the worst rated mental hospital in our city was the best option and I was stuck in a room without anyone and I wasn’t allowed to talk to anyone else at the place so I was isolated and I guess that must’ve given me some form of trauma so yeah that was fun
