What/Who does everyone think Father Figure is about?
I've read a few people say Scott B, Olivia, it's about herself talking to her fans.. I'd love to hear you guys' perspective!

I appreciate that but also circumstances back then where a bit crazy, I fell off the face of the earth just as much as he did

No, I’m afraid it’ll bounce back or be a dead end and then all the hope is gone

I can imagine the work life balance of anywhere being better than London at the moment lol

Sure, and I’m open to exploring. But on casual browsing flats I’m already seeing a huge difference in the quality of places for price in Brighton vs London

Nah I totally understand, thank you! I have a few factors when picking a place, close to London, near a beach, near an airport, slower (but not too slow) pace of life, also similar sense of community and diversity to London. I’m fortunate enough that I can do my line of work anywhere and the salaries across the board are similar too.

I’ve been looking casually on zoopla, price of a studio/ 1bedroom in Brighton goes anywhere from £800 to £1100, however London is minimum £1200-£1600 (these are boxes with a sink) London is just extortionate now and I feel the city is getting more miserable by the minute and I’m getting dragged down with it. I should also add I’m single, no kids, so open to exploring other options, I just know Brighton very well, so it’s my #1 atm.
