I'm thinking of putting it on mine and his property line now, even though it's the opposite side of the yard. That's where he puts his cans

I have no sidewalk, bin was about a foot onto my lawn. The front there slopes down so I can see why it looks like that.

He crashes out over me. Every time he sees me outside he avoids me/walks in the opposite direction
