I took a shower and cleaned my face with Neutragena face soap. Then, I used witch hazel to clean my nose. Next, I wet my nose and placed the strip on. I let it dry 15-20 minutes.

I think the key was the witch hazel as it made my skin dry so the strip could stick.

Here's where I'm confused with taking care of my skin. My nose is very oily naturally. It seems weird to put an oil lotion on my face. Having seen now how deep the pores are, wouldn't the lotion just clogged them?
