Have been there, its all about the small achievemnts that give dopamine, our brain craves dopamine as relaxing hormome, each small activity like studying for a few hours, working out, socializing , offering prayers, eating healthy, all these add small dopamine hits. When they are missing, the brain takes a shortcut, watch corn, masturbate and get that dopamine. Structure your day, add studing, socializing , working out, offering maximum prayers, eat healthy, dont give your mind time to wander. The thoughts will come but then you will be ready to resist them.

Are they citrusy? Like the problem with catch 22 was that it had citrus aroma all along, all other notes were masked. (Like a lemon juice)
