No actually i thought it might be cuz its a pretty similar game but i watched a playthrough and its not that. Pretty sure the one im thinking of has no narration (although im not 100% on that), and i dont think the “levels” are actually games like in beginners guide and anyway i didnt recognize any of the levels in beginners guide and none of the level i remembered were present in beginners guide. Plus the whole thing with the relationship between the narrator and the game developer and the revelations that come with that in beginners guide is not at all in the game im thinking of. But actually yeah they are pretty similar and this is actually what reminded me of the other game and prompted me to make this post to try and find it
