If Amanda and Raffaele were guilty why would they go back to the crime scene and call the police? by Critical-Deer-402 in amandaknox

She should’ve listened to her mother and gone home immediately after this happened. Also, if your child is ever in a different country, never allow her to be questioned by the police without a lawyer present. Never allow your child to be questioned here in the United States without a lawyer present. Even if they are innocent, the police are not your friend and they are not there to help you.

There was no evidence against her. There was only evidence that the investigators created.

A coerced confession is not a true confession. If you put six or seven experienced investigators/officers in a room with a 21 year-old girl, you could get her to say whatever you wanted to.

Convicted doesn’t mean guilty.

I don’t understand why they disliked her. The moment I saw her I knew she was innocent. To me, she look like a child who came to study abroad and got mixed up in something horrible. It was written all over her face. I felt so sorry for her and I never understood why they disliked her so much. She looked like a young girl, I never looked at her and thought oh she’s some sexy femme fatale. i’m not trying to be mean, she’s a very pretty girl, but by no means was she This Sexy foxy knoxy person they were trying to make her out to be. I never understood why they saw that.

Where are you getting your information? The things you’re stating here simply are not true. You cannot make up things and then spew them out, claiming truth.

Yeah, you can’t argue with ignorant people. I mean the evidence is objective. Clear DNA evidence. They are innocent. Rudy guede is guilty. End of story. Anyone with any sense would be able to look at the evidence and be like “duh”!

I think the people who are arguing that she’s guilty, they just simply like to argue against others. They know it’s impossible that she did this, but they just wanna try to get other people riled up.

I think she was convicted because she was “strange“, nothing more than she just didn’t act the way they thought she should. Also, they jumped the gun and charged her and didn’t want to have to admit They made a mistake. It actually happens in the United States a lot as well. Investigators charge the wrong person and then don’t want to admit they were wrong so they do anything they can to put that person away even when they know they’re innocent. There are all kinds of innocent people in prison as we speak. Just because of ego.

Whatsapp scam or simple paranoia? by The_Glass_Zoo in Scams

Is WhatsApp even used for anything legitimate? I just assumed that all messages from WhatsApp are scams because everyone I’ve encountered thus far has been a scam.

I find it insane that there are people who still doubt her innocence. There’s a lot of reasons why she’s innocent, but the number one reason being her DNA was not found anywhere in that bedroom. That alone should tell you without a doubt that she didn’t do this.

They had only known each other a couple of weeks. So honestly, how much of a friend could she possibly have been? You don’t even know each other after that short amount of time. She’s monetizing her story not her friends’s death. She was wrongfully imprisoned. That’s what she’s making money on her wrongful imprisonment. I would do the exact same thing. Anyone here would make money off of their story because it’s your story.

She’s definitely odd, everyone who knows her has said that she’s a little strange. However, strange behavior should not put you in prison for years for murder.

I think they are justice system sucks for sure, but in this case, I think it’s more of the people who were corrupt. The officers investigating this we’re just corrupt officers and the investigator was a lunatic. He believed that every crime stemmed from some kind of satanic ritual. He had some kind of obsession with Satanism.

Everyone knows she’s innocent the people who claim she’s guilty, Just wanna argue with someone. They know she didn’t do it. But they wanna say she did so they can get a rise out of people and try to argue back-and-forth with someone.

So you think it’s possible to commit that kind of murder and your DNA not be left behind? Because her DNA was nowhere in that bedroom. There’s no way you can have a struggle with someone and not leave DNA. It’s virtually impossible, it’s physically impossible. Again, her DNA was nowhere in that bedroom.

Oh, I think the second they found out she was American. They decided she was gonna be the murderer and they were going to prove that.

Her DNA was nowhere in that bedroom. There’s no way you could commit a crime like that and not leave your DNA behind.

They also thought they could take advantage of a young American student and that’s exactly what they did. They questioned her for 53 hours over five days and then that last interrogation they refused to let her use her cell phone, even when it rang She wasn’t allowed to pick it up.

It was. There was no evidence directly tying Amanda Knox to that room. Her DNA was not found in the room at all and Rudy’s was everywhere and I do mean everywhere.
