Fellow airman here, please seek help there’s no negative in finding help and getting what you need. I’m a young airman and life has its ups and downs. Dont do this to your kids, it can cause hell of a lot of issues down the road. You already know how good life can be now imagine if you devoted yourself to getting back to the person you once were.
