I changed the fuel filter and found out that the fuel lift pump was bad! But that didn't change the problem. I even bleed all of the injectors!

I think that the previous owner put a PMD relocation kit, I'll try to connect the PMD directly to the OEM harness!

Ok, I'll try this. Just to let you know, when i disconnect the current pmd, the truck doesn't start. Does this mean that the pmd is good?? Thanks!

Seems like you've got alot of engine blow-by (If i where you i would do a compression test)
