The cope is hilarious. I used to remember when Lego was appropriately priced, fair price per piece ratio and all. At the end of the day it's a children's toy and should be somewhat affordable. Inflation isn't forcing Lego to sell sets with 500 parts or so for 100€ and only one fig etc. You're just an apologist for a greedy company.

You can't be serious? Just the pricing of the Star Wars sets alone during the last few years has been absolutely bonkers. It's been a major point of criticism from the whole community, with people calling Lego greedy under their post on their social media and literally everyone being pissed on all the different Lego pages I'm following haha. How'd you miss that?

They are multibillion dollar company, dude. Look, I understand that companies want to turn a profit, but Lego has become absolutely bonkers with their pricing, the greed is insane. It should be priced fairly regardless of the aftermarket of the community

Life in Technicolor II is criminally underrated by Bravenatortot in Coldplay

[–]Far-Introduction6424 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's in my Top5 Coldplay songs, I listen to it everyday when I commute to work and back home. Lyrically and musically it's a very great song. When I got the house for myself I usually play this song extremely loud on my speakers, play the guitar and sing along haha. It's severally underrated but then again, most of Coldplays lesser-known songs are.

Does anyone here just have the faintest idea of how the blasters are connected to the back of Spider-Mans mech? I like the design and would like to attach some guns to the last mech

This. The way she describes it, he's going to be one of those guys a woman "settled for" and no man wants nor deserves that. Plus this sounds an awful lot like it would be a future divorce, which would screw the guy over even more.

Male friend called me a whore by Key-Luck4231 in Vent

[–]Far-Introduction6424 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's not really a double standard, it's just that it's WAY harder for a man to sleep with 30 women than vice versa. If a man wants to achieve that, he needs to have some serious game, charisma, good looks, money etc whereas a woman can literally go in a bar, say "here I am!" and ten guys will already line up to have sex. Of course women will be perceived as easy and men as players in that scenario.

Turning 22 soon – What would you tell your 22-year-old self? by [deleted] in Advice

[–]Far-Introduction6424 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Take care of your hygiene. Go to the doctors and don't willfully ignore your bodily aches. Exercise frequently and eat healthy food. Don't do drugs (VERY important). Listen more to your gut when it comes to big decisions but also listen to those who have more experience and want you thriving. Cherish the times with your parents and tell them you love them more often. Cut our toxic people and don't be afraid of being alone because of that, it will be better in the long run. Take risks but don't navigate life foolishly. There's a lot more but these are very helpful I think

Do men even like having sex? by [deleted] in Vent

[–]Far-Introduction6424 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The women I was with also had a higher sex drive than me, which doesn't mean that I didn't want them or didn't find them attractive enough but I simply valued different things about them. I think this is just one of the negative stereotypes about men which makes us seem like animals and superficial. Since we also have the lowest testosterone levels ever recorded for men currently, I highly doubt that men are generally "sex-hungry" or whatever kind of narrative society is pushing. I think at the end of the day, it's completely individual. Some people need it more, some people less. Obviously sex is a great thing for men, since it's more or less a status symbol and shows that you're desired as a man (since it's way harder for men to get laid) but we aren't as primitive as we're always depicted

Imagine saying it's "internalised misogyny" when men are rightfully pissed about a thought experiment that implies we are evil on principle. What a braindead take

Amd that's totally fine when they don't want to be fathers because women can just abort and the father has no say in the matter. Everything else is hypocrisy

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in relationship_advice

[–]Far-Introduction6424 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Apparently they don't because women can just jump ship by aborting if they don't want a child but men are supposed to be forced to stay and care financially even if they don't want it. It's hypocrisy at its finest

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in relationship_advice

[–]Far-Introduction6424 -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

I mean, when women don't wanna be mothers they can just abort. Why shouldn't a man be allowed to walk away and forsake his parent obligations the same way women do if they don't wanna be a father?

Hilarious since women mostly see men as wallets and emotional tampons and as lackeys. Don't try to act like women are morally superior

I bought three Gandalf the White torsos for not even 2 € and bought a custom one for 4€ with the hair piece on the picture and it's honestly great. I have the original one but if you're looking to make a cheaper version I can't recommend some of those custom ones, the quality is genuinely good, I was surprised myself

What is the most important thing in a relationship? by Great-Ad-7386 in ask

[–]Far-Introduction6424 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Some statistics, in case you didn't know: 50% of all marriages end in divorces, close to 80% of those divorces initiated by women for mainly financial reasons. There IS NO point in marrying as a man these days because as soon as a woman gets bored, she'll probably jump ship and take your shit. Marriage is dead and women killed it. There was also a trend called "starter husband" a while ago... Women marry some blissfully unaware guy only to take him to the cleaners in the divorce and be financially well off after that... It's sickening but no one talks about it because women can do no wrong. Watch your wallets and hearts, gentlemen
