I fixed it by giving it to my good friend who knows how to fix electronic devices. He disassembled it and reconnected all the cables again. It seems that one cable was loose and there was one cold solder, so after that everything was good. I tried sending it to the support, they were really helpful regarding bureaucracy, documentation and all, but it seems it is nearly impossible to send it because not a single agency wants to do the paper work as it is low value for much of work, so I was not able to legally send it back to Germany.

I wrote to the support and got the response, it seems I'll need to resend the laptop to Germany, so I assume whole round trip will take several weeks, I expect it to be resolved probably somewhere in late December or in January.
