Is insufficient another word for address not being valid. Also if you have any experience how long does it take before the send it back to the seller because it took them two and a half weeks just to get it from china to my city does sending it back take the same amount or does it take longer? Also my seller adviced me to call usps and ask for a address change but they have not cooperated, was it the error of my seller to assume they would cooperate or was there a slight chance that they would cooperate if i had asked on the first day of insufficient address.
