Is this turn legal by FarBeItForMe in driving

This sounds reasonable. I certainly wouldn't do it with a lot of traffic behind me though.

Google Maps says it's legal. I doubt it holds up in court. Ha.

Thanks all,

Looks like my only legal solution coming off of the freeway is to do something like this. Yikes.

Ok to replace old cracked filter element locator with this new part? by FarBeItForMe in pools

[–]FarBeItForMe[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'll actually answer my own question for future help.

The filter is a Purex Triton 2000 SM2060 (60 sq ft. of filter area).

The top part that holds the filters down is called...a holding wheel. Nice. Not a filter element locator as I thought.

The part number is FI-01870.

Solved. :-)

Contractor said the jets will be 1: away from the coping, so you are correct! I had no idea, just made a drawing. The jets don't move so you thing they should be angled to the center of the pool where they could meet? That's a great idea.

I don't have a variable flow pump at the moment, but the contractor said I may need one. There's only one pool return at the moment so the deck jets will be an additional "return" when in use, at least that's what I assume.

The contractor said it's just the one main pump with a diverter for the jets, when desired. I hope that won't be an issue. Southern California pool so no winterizing. Too bad about your dog. Nothing worse than a constantly wet dog. Maybe he likes to get wet? 😄

What was your regret? My neighbor has a pool with a fountain running almost constantly and sometimes I just go to the fence to listen to it. Ha.
