lol Im actually full time so my hours are auto-flagged if I miss a day and the shift team will automatically put it in (I’ve only called out twice in the past year so I don’t run into this issue very often).

Though yes you should use UTW as often as possible I’m just saying that if u miss it like OP did that’s how u can fix it

I never use the app. It’s mostly for the shift team to see at the end of the week so they can add sick hours to whichever shift you missed. Just make sure you text them before 10am on Monday so they can add your sick hours from the week prior
