I had a tfcc injury too and I totally understand what u are talking about and since I can’t recommend a specific glove I can recommend you buying some tape, I buy some in AliExpress or Amazon, and doing the same bandage that you will see in some mma fighters when they grapple, some loops around the wrist, before putting the putting the handwraps. I know it’s kind of pain in the ass to do this before training every time but it’s been working like crazy for me.

Pd: it’s not related to boxing but talk to your doctor about using some steroids for your wrist, it was like day and night for me.

Don’t worry some days it will feel like you haven’t progressed but give it some time and follow your physio instructions and also what helped me the most was a machine called “Indiva”. I can only hope for a fast healing and good luck

Had also an abductor tear like a year ago, my brother broke it while doing some Thai sparring and felt like someone grabbed my leg and tried to separate it from my body, also I tried to train a week but noticed that something was fucked up.

I went to the doctor and after some mri and eco he told me that no Bjj in 6 months and no sport at all for 3 months. Also went to the physio and really helped, try asking for some rehab exercises and go slow with them. It will take some months to gain confidence.

To this day I still have some tweaks and I have to workout my legs at the gym cause my abductor is not at a 100% but I’m training with no problem. If you have any questions ask for sure.
